Previous Steelers OLB Clark Haggans passes away at age 46

The Pittsburgh Steelers shed a member of their own on Tuesday. According to several sources, former Pittsburgh pass rush Clark Haggans has died at the age of 46.

Former Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker Clark Haggans has was 46. Haggans played for the Steelers from 2000-07, was a 2000 fifth round pick of the company and member of the Super Bowl XL champion group. Haggans was a fifth-round pick of Colorado State by the Steelers in 2000 and a participant of the 2006 Super Dish XL championship group. Throughout his time with the group he anchored the outside with Joey Porter after Jason Gildon's separation from the team. When James Harrison took over for Doorperson, it was LaMarr Woodley that eventually led to Haggans leaving Pittsburgh to play for the Arizona Cardinals. Following his job with Arizona, Haggans played one period for the San Francisco 49ers. Haggans hung up the cleats and retired in 2013. He completed his Steelers occupation with 332 takes on and 32.5 sacks. The reason for his fatality has not been reported right now. Haggans leaves a boy and child behind.
